About us

The Eastern Region Care Association Alliance has
12 Regional Care Associate Members

Local care associations represent Adult Social Care providers in their areas. Provider members include residential and nursing homes, home care and supported living. Some care associations also include non-CQC regulated services. We work together across East Anglia to share ideas and best practice that will benefit their local membership and the wider social care community.

The East Anglian region faces particular challenges in terms of workforce, funding, and a diverse range of providers supporting both the self -funder and local authority and health markets.

We represent the views of Adult Social Care providers across East Anglia when working with key partners. The move towards integrated care presents challenges and opportunities and through our representational role, ERCAA plans to play an active role in the development of integrated services as well as contribute to the sustainability of this diverse and evolving market.

What we do…

  • Provide a one-stop for regional bodies looking to engage with the Eastern region
  • Support the Delivery of the Enhanced in Health Care framework
  • Inform the use of the Better Care Fund
  • Provide support
  • Encourage and support long term sustainability and resilience of the provider community
