ERCAA has partnered with IRE to offer a Provider Incentive Fund.

Organisations can claim £1,575.00 for each Internationally Recruited (IR) worker who has been employed for 8 weeks.

• Offer available from 27 October 2025 until 19^th June 2026.
• Recruited between 1 September 2025 – 24^th April 2026.

A maximum of 4 workers per organisation can be claimed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Be CQC registered.
• Have employed the IR worker for a minimum of 8 weeks.
• Provide proof that the worker was recruited from the Displaced Worker Pool.
• Provide proof that you are a sponsored licence holder.
